Up until the pandemic, never had any issues with this clinic. Have been with them since they opened in town, in fact, and loved them. Everything went south when our doctor left town, however. Previously, you were promised a choice for a new doctor, however this was rescinded due to the pandemic. You just end up with whoever is decided on by the clinic now. New doctor couldn't even be relied upon for prescription renewals, so it was difficult to trust them with more complex problems (which have been worsening). Took Mom there for her first face to face appointment. Staff were awesome. Minimal wait, Doctor saw her very quickly, was friendly, helpful, explained everything in easy to understand terms and made sure Mom understood before we left.
