My eye glass broke, had it replaced in a timely manner, prompt and professional.
I cannot tell you enough positive things about all the staff here. I am not personally a customer, however my Nana is, she is in hospital and lost her glasses (long story for another time). Not only did they go WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me pick her out new frames, they got her prescription for me and are getting them rushed for her because right now she is so bored in hospital without being able to read or watch TV. These guys are top notch and professional from the moment you walk in the door. I mistakenly came in before my appointment but they fit me in anyway. I had assistance all the way thru until I left with my glasses, which arrived very quickly. The customer service experience is never over either. They told me to come in if they don't fit right or any other needs I may have. They even replaced my nose pads and tightened up my old ones while I waited for my new prescription.
