I am not personally a customer, however my Nana is, she is in hospital and lost her glasses (long story for another time). Not only did they go WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me pick her out new frames, they got her prescription for me and are getting them rushed for her because right now she is so bored in hospital without being able to read or watch TV.
