“I highly recommend this Iris Location in Quesnel, BC Lately I have experienced two situations that exemplify their excellent service . First a friend had recent eye surgery and needed advice and reassurance. They made sure she was seen immediately and performed all available tests and examinations. She left feeling confident that all was well. They followed up again the next day.

Then I had my usual eye exam and ordered new glasses. When I received my new glasses I felt the prescription was slightly incorrect. The optometrist rechecked and it was accurate. I then ordered an additional pair for sports activities but used older frames for this pair. Unfortunately those frames broke when the new lenses were fitted. Todd went above and beyond to fix the situation. I am very pleased with the service and considerations. Thank you to all the staff at this location- especially Todd. You certainly have the ability to know which frames suit the client.“
