Robert came buy today for a chimney cleaning. We had just purchased a new wood burner. We purchased our home 5 years ago and had no idea about condition of the chimney. Robert went up on the roof and told me the chimney was in great shape and didn’t need a cleaning. He would not accept any money for the service call. Robert spent a considerable amount of time offering me advise and future options. He knows his stuff. We intend on having a regular service schedule with QBM. Thanks QBM. Mike Shannon
