Review for Dr. Swart:

I’m extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism shown by Dr. Swart. His bedside manner is terrible—cold, dismissive, and at times downright demeaning, especially when speaking to elderly patients. His practice feels outdated and lacks basic compassion or modern patient care practices.

Expecting patients with dementia to remember their own appointment times and call him, rather than the other way around, is completely unreasonable and irresponsible. My mother has dementia and has been unfairly charged twice for missed appointments simply because she couldn’t remember to call.
