These guys saved me after my exhaust hanger snapped in the middle of a roadtrip. It was a Saturday and I was sure there wouldn't be any mechanics open in a small town, but I got lucky and they were able to take me in right away and had me back on the road in less than half an hour for a very fair price as well. Driving thru Princeton to Banff, there was an abnormal sound coming from somewhere under my SUV. Tim was very helpful and he did a drive test of tens of kilometers and he found the root reason. He was so professional and so generous. We truly appreciate you guys and all you have done for us!! THANK YOU!!!

First day of our summer road trip and warped the front roters after coming out of Manning Park and down the steep hill into Princeton. Pulled into Neil's shop at 4:15, explained the problem, and he took it for a quick test drive. Confirmed the problem, ordered the parts and had it repaired by 5:30. Not only did they stay late to do it, but they were honest and re-used the front pads that still had 85% left. Above and beyond what could have been expected. They were truly amazing to deal with.
