Well after prematurely writing a raving review, I'm compelled to walk back my endorsement as this company has surprised me by penalizing me for not borrowing monthly. Initially, it was stress free to activate a loan. After repaying on time without default or extensions several times, I didn't borrow for a few months then the issue's began, the system seems to have lost my history and wants to treat me as if I have NO history of borrowing...to me that is concerning as I was under the impression that our repayment history was stored and recorded to count toward our credit history. Very disappointing.

Alway great when you pay off a loan and the next day they take 900$ out of your account that you didn’t approve call them email them with no reply the lovely lady who answered the phone on Saturday the 17th of December in Prince George ever so rude acting like I was lying about the money they took from my account merry Xmas from them hey worst loan place out there would not recommend to anyone who is looking for help

Very impressed. They treat you with respect and are very friendly. I was in a tough spot recently and they understood and still helped. I highly recommend going to see these nice ladies who will help as along as you do your part?
