We had a main floor and basement flood and hadn't experienced anything like this before. Dominik was the first to arrive and facilitated the emergency work. He was kind, professional and the communication was excellent. Duane explained each step of the repairs (moving of contents, flooring, drywall repairs, painting and finishing) clearly, answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. We are also very happy with the results of the repairs that were done. I highly recommend Universal Restoration Systems.

We had a pipe burst which flooded our basement. We have never experienced a situation like this before. We called the insurance adjusters and they sent us Universal Restoration company from Prince George. Alexander and Andrii were exceptional!! They explained the whole process to us. They were fast efficient, so accommodating as we work night shifts! We couldn’t have asked for a better crew. We have used Universal to help us with insurance claim work, and they were so great that we hire them privately now. Their staff are friendly and very competent. They are organized from the moment you call until the project is complete, they work in a timely manner, are careful and tidy while in your home, and keep their timelines. We had a very difficult drywalling job that they helped us with and completed it with exceptional skill. These guys are great! We can’t say enough good stuff about them.?
