First time going to Richard and Company and absolutely loved it. I didn't really know what I wanted and I'm super quiet when I go somewhere for the first time and Kaci did amazing! I'm super happy with it and will definitely be returning.

I had some crazy things happen with my color and Richard’s went above and beyond to fix the problem at no additional cost. Great service.

I got my hair colored on Saturday, I was visiting PG and a lady recommended Richard and Co. Kaci was my stylist and she did a fabulous job, my hair has never looked so good. I went out to dinner when I arrived back home in Terrace and received quite a few admiring looks and compliments. Thanks again Kaci. <3
