Premium Home Inspections Ltd. (Prince George)

Donovan was amazingly helpful with both inspections. On the first one, he saved us from a massive headache and helped us back out of a house that would have been nothing but constant repairs from things we (and the owners) didn't see. Highly Recommend Donovan for a house and/or WETT Inspection. He was very professional, thorough and reviewed everything with us after the inspection which was so helpful. He provided a very detailed report afterwords that explained everything so well and really helped us decide what we needed to get done. We have had inspections done in the past and they have never been so thorough or the report this well laid out. I wouldn’t look any further than Premium Home Inspections!

Donovan was able to fit us in on short notice to get the house inspected before subject removal. He was very professional and knowlegable about everything. He walked us through the areas of concern and gave us ideas about next steps. The report was very thourough and the photos showed exactly where there were issues. I highly recommend having him for your next Home Inspection. Thanks for everything!
