I have dealt with Gears Plus for several years now mainly with our corporate fleet, but also with some work on my personal vehicles. The thing that stands out for me is the service - they have stored our winter tires making seasonal changes so much easier and we have lost many sets of tires storing them in our work warehouse so this is highly valued for me. Also, pick up and drop off when picking up or leaving my vehicle for service is awesome - they have even picked up my wife's car when she was sick and returned it fully serviced to our home! I had a great experience with Gears Plus in Prince George. I needed an out-of-province inspection, and after calling several auto shops with no luck (Iām from Alberta and some places were booking a month out), Gears Plus was able to fit me in quickly for an appointment.
They were honest about the repairs needed for the OOP inspection, and Mark even gave me a discount since they finished the work faster than expected. Overall, excellent service ā highly recommend!
