Money Mart provides helpful and friendly service. Staff members are super helpful, friendly, and approachable, making the borrowing process smooth. Despite potential understaffing, employees like Monica deliver excellent customer service, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
We had to come in from out of town and needed some quick cash. Unfortunately we arrived 5min to close. The woman were very fantastic and super helpful and friendly. We were very apologetic for arriving so late but we left right after work. We're very thankful for all their help.
Great place ro borrow from. Employee Monica an asset to Money Mart easy to talk too, friendly smile you could feel for a overworked girl. Understaffed for a company with great benefits?
Came to this moneymart and got thee best customer service from the lady at the counter, she was kind and courteous and very very helpful towards our needs of cashing my boyfriend check that was going to be held for 4-5 working days at the bank but not money mart, it was quick fast and easy ???thank you very much for the awesome customer service
