There's a genuinely great team of people at Lord of Floors, this is a windmill slam dunk of a 5 star review that I'm happy to post. You can't go wrong with these folks if you need flooring.

Super happy with the support and service received from Lord of Floors. These folks are very knowledgeable and professional - wonderful to deal with from selecting the product through to installation. The new hardwood floor looks amazing - a beautiful job! Highly recommend!

Andrea was a huge help for our new build, offering suggestions and tips as we made decisions. We were originally having Lord of the Floors secure and install the flooring. They were very accommodating when we had to push back our install date 2xs and then as the move in date was closer she had to push us back due to COVID. We were unable to make that new date work with our inspection. Andrea graciously let us purchase the product she had stored for months at no additional charge. We really appreciate her professionalism. We will be back as we continue to complete everything.
