Great customer support and the guy that was helping me was upfront right away about what the Sim card would cost. Also that the credit on my account was not eligible to be used for it.The management at the Koodo kiosk near Tommy guns and some other stores is bar none the best I've experienced. It's nice to have this koodo store when it you need a koodo rep to call and can't do so until the next day, you get help when you need it regardless.Forgot his name but he was working today around 1 pm or so when I arrived. Answered all my questions and any other concerns which I had at the time. I Would say wholeheartedly I was satisfied with the customer support I received today.Thanks...read full review

After a dismal attempt at getting a new phone at Best Buy with no success, I tried the mall Koodo kiosk and the two staff that helped me (one was in training, so understandably slow and then helped by the other) tag teamed and had me on my way in such a short time!I had a bit of a complicated situation with a phone locked to Bell with an Ontario number and wanted to switch over to Koodo to my husbands family plan. What seemed complicated and evidently impossible at Best Buy, was done quickly and happily by the two ladies working the kiosk that day. So happy with my new phone which they helped me pick and with Koodo as a provider so far!

I can't say enough nice things about this Kiosk. I have been here numerous times and each time I get treated very well. They are all excellent salespeople, but in particular, Christine is the best. She is very helpful and ensures that you are well taken care of.
