“So... what an amazing business! I gave my grandson the last watch I wore before I retired almost 16 years ago. He was so excited and not used to buckling a watch band that he pulled too hard on one side of the band and popped the pin. It was lost, and he was devastated. In today's world, it is hard to find watch pins. I phoned around and was directed to Michael's. They said bring it in and they would either replace it, if they could, or make a pin if they couldn't. When we dropped it off they were so kind and told us to check back in 30 minutes. When we returned they said the pin had been replaced, but the strap needed a repair; it had just been done so the glue needed to set and it was still clamped. They said we could take it but must keep pressure on the repair for at least 5 minutes. My grandson was thrilled. When I asked what we owed... they said... nothing! We were speechless and so grateful! This was a unique situation and frustrating until we found them. We were so happy they came through for us. My grandson held the repair tight all the way home and was then so happy to put his prized watch on. I have to say the folks at Michael's are amazing! Such a wonderful bunch... they made our day! I highly recommend them and we will be telling all our friends and relatives to support them!“
