The knowledge of product
They seemed promising at first to help out with a nightmare situation. But then there were issues with the floor. 1st floor the restoration company had not patched and leveled sub flooring correctly so entire floor needed redone again. 2nd time water was getting under the floor, a floor in a bathroom should be able to handle some water on it, should be water proof enough for.a.child having a bath or shower. This didn't come close, they tried to turn the blame on me saying I didn't wait for silicone to dry. I had another professional look at it and flooring was not installed correctly. So now instead of fixing their mistake they tell me they will not replace floor unless I buy a new shower. This was an insurance claim and the cause had nothing to do with the bathroom other then some damage. I'm on disability, and can not afford a new shower. Previous to this there were no issues in the bathroom. Floor was level, no water damage. Professionally installed 8 yrs previous as.well as shower. Now I'm left with a disaster and decreased value of my home. As well as mold in my bathroom now. I would like to just see my bathroom fixed, as I'm sure the people working for this company would also want if it was them.
