My experience at Crossfit Northern Ice was awesome. They have a great facility with an incredible variety of equipment along with very friendly and helpful staff. The classes do an excellent job of breaking down more advanced movements, such as the snatch, into separate, smaller parts, that help advance both understanding and competence in the lift. I highly recommend this gym to anyone interested in crossfit, both beginner and advanced.
