Brian and Ricky did our move, and both were great to deal with. Very friendly with my girlfriend while I wasn't there, and very helpful when getting to the new house, even stopping to move some of the things left in the house. Fantastic people and great representatives of the company.

I have dealt with many moving companies in the past, mostly in the USA and one in Canada prior to Bekins being hired for an across Canada move. What I would say is read your contract, know the approximate weight of your items as nothing is set in stone until your load is weighed once packed and ready to be shipped. Our Bekins quoter Benny went above and beyond to make us comfortable with the process and as he experiences many times we changed out minds about what to pack.
