Called for a tow, recommended by ICBC around midnight, -28, freezing cold! Driver was there in no time to take the vehicle. The fellow reached out to me next day to allow me in the vehicle to collect personal items. Thank you for your professional punctual service.

Thought I would take a day to think of how to write this post...
Guy on phone was definitely a grumpy stressed out man...I could explain his rude conversation with me but not worth it.
He may not have ppl skills and need to learn that if we calling him...we are already having a bad day...but despite that I told him my friend's grandson locked them out of vehicle by closing door with keys in...he was grumpy for sure but I confirmed him to come help....he was SUPER FAST getting there...by time I arrived to pay he had the door open.

If we could give Emmett a 6 star review, we would. We appreciate how prompt, helpful and professional he was in helping us rescue my brothers car from a near-mishap on a flatbed trailer. He was very careful and showed concern to not do any damage to the vehicle. Thanks so much Emmett!
