The staff are extremely friendly and kind, helping owners feel calm and safe in uncertain moments. Westview Veterinary Hospital goes above and beyond to make the experience as comfortable as possible, even in the most challenging situations, and shows urgency and empathy for their patients.
We have taken our animals/pets/family here for many years and have always felt the love and compassion the staff here have for all the animals brought in for care. They go above and beyond and are reasonable to talk to about costs as it pertains to quality of living and will the tests change anything about the outcome. In my experience they do not try and run costs up but care about the whole picture as it pertains to the family, it is a very holistic approach and I would.not go anywhere else.
The staff are extremely friendly and kind. They were able to help us feel calm and safe in a moment of uncertainty and anxiety. They took incredible care of our kitty and called us regularly with updates. We are so grateful for everyone at this establishment for brining our beloved kitty back to full health!
Even with limited staff in a very busy clinic, they show the most urgency and empathy for their patients. After living in Vancouver for years this is the best vet I have ever been to.
