As always, a pleasure when arranging our annual heat pump service with Tempco. Both the office staff and the service personnel are the epitome of friendliness and professionalism. Just had the first service on our new heat pump, and a yearly cleaning of our gas fireplace. Alex Chifan certainly met the service bar for a Tempco employee. He was prompt, polite, prepared, and a did a thorough job. He was a pleasure to chat with as he worked on the fireplace. Thanks Tempco!
Just had our first yearly service for heat pump. Alex checked blower inside and pump outside for problems. Found in good shape. All of staff are easy to talk to and very friendly knowledgeable company to deal with.
