Pete is a great listener with amazing communication skills. While I was in the process of educating myself about heat pumps I bombarded Pete with questions. He is so knowledgeable and explained things to me that were understandable. He DID lean over backwards for me. His suggestions worked out well, and I’m so happy. His staff are good too.
