“I was having difficulty getting my large cat into his crate. Had to cancel 4 apps. Finally today got him in. Phoned and they told me to bring him in. It was 1:30 Friday afternoon. They were incredible. So grateful they were able to get his nails cut his bottom cleaned and a big matt taken off which was probably irritating him. Poor thing. Just thanks ? Faun Harriman“
