Absolutely the best service. Staff were patient, helpful, listened to my needs, and willing to make their comments to help me make up my mind while trying on many frames!!! This was my first time purchasing prescription glasses and I was impressed with the staff at Iris, especially Aurora Davies. She was professional and friendly and so very patient as I struggled with making a final decision on a frame style. She showed me many options, and even searched through their on-line catalogues to find a frame style in a colour unavailable in their store's current inventory. She never rushed or pressured me to make a decision. Once I had finally decided, she was able to measure me for my frames and order them right away. Thank you Aurora!
