From initial contact and product selection to the install of entire home flooring and bathroom tile installs, everyone was awesome. Particular compliments to Callum the young man who installed all of the flooring and Raelene, my amazing salesperson. Callum was hard working, polite, showed up early, worked late and did a fantastic job. He even called me early Saturday morning to tell me that he would be a little late due to an unfortunate incident on his way to my house. Raelene is absolutely amazing at her job, very knowledgeable about all of your products. She was very good at listening and providing options that she knew I would like. And patient beyond words. Trust me, I changed my mind several times over!! I honestly cannot say enough good things about both of them. Thank you!
