A little annoyed that there is still no water fountains and the place doesn't look to be cleaned regularly. On top of which, monthly fees have gone up $20 more which, at that rate, we could be with a high end gym and still be paying less per month. Sounds like we won't be getting out of contracts anytime soon either based on these reviews. I like the atmosphere a lot here but it's hard to be excited at the gym when it's run down.

This gym continuously charged my account for 4 months after I quit and refused to return over $200. I had cancelled my membership over the phone. Which I was later told was invalid as I did not physically go into the gym. This was not explained to me when I cancelled. The owner refused to refund any of the money. Besides them over charging me the owner walks around in bare feet which is absolutely disgusting and the gym is falling apart. Equipment is old, rusty and broken and the owner refuses to upgrade anything. Would not recommend joining this gym.

My friend and I just went there two days ago and we have NEVER ever had so much fun. That owner, I think it is Jimmy goes out of his way to help and his staff - beyond gr8 - all of them. Nobody bothers you unless you ask. The place is clean (and they are cleaning ALL the time) and the equipment is beyond great. I don't live close by but the SkyTrain is half a block away. We are making this our GYM! Thanks a lot!
