I’d been with several therapist but my knee pain keeps coming back. Called their office and talked to their very accomodating customer service and booked within 2 hrs. Met with Chris Chen,my new physical therapist. Chris is a very nice guy and do initial checks, he never stop asking questions about details of my knee issues and do complete test on my knees and ended up in a conclusion that I need to strengthen my legs to prevent the recurring knee pain. He created a workout program for my recovery and I had to do it at home daily.I’ve been wondering how he can monitor my progress. I received an email from Chris with an App. The App have the details of my workout program .I started my program following the detailed instructions and recorded my progress.
