I’m thoroughly impressed with the results of my photo facial and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking to improve their skin.

I have been trying since last year to book an appointment to use my gift certificate that my husband purchased for me to no avail. The instructions on the gift certificate were to register online using their app which I tried multiple times to do. I called them multiple times last year about this problem. No one responded to me. I cannot get passed their AI admin and now my gift certificate has expired and again I'm calling (their AI admin), leaving messages and no one is responding. I received one phone call back from someone named Tyler, who told me to text him which I did. I still have not heard a response. I'm starting to think this promotional gift certificate which my husband purchased is a scam.

Update: I received a text response from Tyler saying that he would honor my gift certificate and asked me when I would like to book. However, after responding to that, he decided to change his answer a few hours later and advise I cannot use the gift certificate. This is extremely poor customer service. They make it exceptionally hard to book services and action the gift certificate you purchase. If they ran their spa like any other spa business I've been to and made it actually possible to book an appointment an expired gift certificate would be my fault. In this case however, they don't answer their phones and return phone calls and their booking app doesn't work! They're selling services and making it impossible for you to utilize what you've bought essentially stealing from their customers.

I am so blessed to know the La Sirene Perfectionary, and get acne treatments at such a good deal. The service was not only professional but also amazing. My long-time problem, ance scars and blemish, has faded! It was my Joy to come to seek his treatment every week. Thank you dear my good friend! May God's blessings flow through his business.
