“I had kept my hair long for a very long time, and after 20 years I finally decided to cut it short. I was worried it might not suit me, but luckily Aiden gave me a haircut that I truly love. During the cut, he kept asking for my opinion and really understood the texture of my hair, then styled it in a way that makes it super easy for me to manage at home. To my surprise, people around me keep saying how great it looks on me, which makes me feel so happy. If anyone asks, I would absolutely recommend Aiden at this salon!“

“I had truly exceptional service at MAC Metrotown on December 21. The woman who helped me was so lovely, knowledgeable, attentive, patient, kind, and fun. Even though it was 8:45 she still went above and beyond to get a Christmas present sorted for my mum, as well as ensure I received a gift from my points before the year end. She was in a shockingly good mood for someone serving the public during the Christmas season. I didn't catch her name but my receipt cashier : 1731533. She made a dreaded trip to mall a joyful experience, I left with a big smile on my face. Thanks mystery woman!
