It took some time to think about making a review on the job that was done at our home, but I believe it’s important for others to know what happened.

This company did complete the kitchen cabinet refurbishment, but the project was delayed, and more importantly, they lacked professionalism throughout the process. The owner and another individual worked on the job, and we later had a very serious issue involving stolen property—my AirPods were taken from inside our home during the project.

When confronted, the owner claimed they were “found on the front lawn,” which was not true. I have security cameras around my home, and I was able to track the AirPods to the home of one of his employee. After confronting them, the AirPods were eventually returned.

I was hoping the owner would take accountability and address the situation appropriately, but that didn’t happen. Instead, he offered a discount equivalent to the cost of new AirPods—but only if I gave the stolen AirPods back to them, which made no sense and felt like further manipulation.

In the end, I agreed to the discount just to be done with the ordeal, but the whole experience left me extremely disappointed and uncomfortable. I also filed a police report due to the theft.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. No one should have to deal with dishonesty, theft, and a lack of accountability from a service provider which I have welcomed into my home.
