“We needed to replace a wood log retaining wall on the side of our house with a new Allan Block type of stone wall. This was in order to complete a building permit requirement. After interviewing 5 different contractors, going over their quotes, references, and past and present projects, we finally settled on Bucks with Trucks Landscaping. We are extremely happy with the choice we made and with the outcome of the project.Ben, the owner, worked with us to come up with a detailed project plan and estimate, considering our needs and budget. He executed the plan to the letter in about 7 working days, and in many cases Ben and his team exceeded our expectations. We were particularly impressed by Ben's great communication, professionalism, honesty, and transparency in dealing with us. I have worked with many contractors on our home renovation projects over the last few years, and I can say without hesitation that Ben has been one of the best, if not the best, contractor that I have ever worked with.The new retaining wall, which is two-tiered and altogether about 40 feet long with guardrails on top, looks beautiful and it easily passed the city inspection for our building permit. In fact, the inspector was very impressed with the precision and quality of workmanship and made several complimentary remarks about how well the retaining wall was constructed.We are extremely happy with the work that Ben and his team did for us, and I would highly recommend Bucks with Trucks Landscaping to anyone who is considering a retaining wall or other similar landscaping projects.“

Place was well organized and although there were forklifts driving about the yard I felt safe as there was a lot of space and room to walk around and browse. We have quite a few trees and shrubs in our yard and the folks at the Arborist have really helped us prune and shape them, stay on top of their growth, and make changes that improve their overall look and well-being. They've done an excellent job of pruning some growth off of a tall maple and cedar hedge growing over our yard.
