We contacted A-Count On Us Consulting Ltd. last July 2023 when our Mac Book Pro Laptop (2015) battery died. Mitch was very responsive and provided great service. Even though they needed to order in a battery they didn’t ask for payment until the Mac battery was replaced and tested.Now in March 2023 the replacement battery failed and when I contacted Alex I was delighted to learn that the battery was covered by a 1 year warranty!A-Count On Us ordered in a new battery which was replaced and tested at no cost to us!Thanks for your great service !

Had two different laptops repaired here. Repair on one was close to the value of the machine, and we had an honest conversation about that.Once parts arrived, repair was done quickly and both machines are working great!

Motherboard on my old laptop fried on me while in LA for work. 2 technicians in downtown LA didn't even think it was worth to look into the computer (one of them briefly looked and quickly said ''yeah buy a new one bro'' ???) saying to just buy another one. My (now previously) main technician here in Vancouver didn't even open the computer and told me to buy a new one. The issue here is that I was pressed for time due to work and being stuck in limbo on whether or not I need or could get a new laptop or if a motherboard replacement could happen was seriously aggravating.
