I love Kal tire and their business model. If all businesses had the same care and courtesy for their customers as kal tire does the world will be a better place. Kal Tire Port Mcneill has always been amazing to me.

Could not say better things about the staff here. I came in with a tire puncture just as they were walking out the door for the long weekend. The team stayed behind and patched the tire within 20 Mins and had me on my way. We were on a family trip from Vancouver and would have been pretty sol if they didn’t help. Saved the trip for us!

We had a flat tire in a remote location over a long weekend. We came into the Port McNeill Kal Tire as soon as we could. We had 400 kms to drive that day to catch a ferry and I didn’t want to drive that distance on a spare tire so we hoped Kal Tire could help. We didn’t have an appointment and Kevin made us feel welcome and was able to squeeze us into their busy schedule without any fuss. Kal Tire repaired the flat and we were able to catch our ferry. I thought the service was exceptional and the price very reasonable. I have no hesitation recommending this business.
