I visited PetSmart for the first time and had such an amazing experience. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. Tyler assisted me and provided exceptional customer service. He helped me choose the right food for my dogs and even took the time to price match it for me. That level of care really stood out. Big shoutout to Tyler and the team at PetSmart. I will definitely be coming back.
Great store and very helpful staff every time I visit.
The only downside is the grooming booking process — it’s complicated online, and I was later told there’s an extra charge because my dog is a senior, which wasn’t clear when booking.
Overall still a good experience.
Elge and Rachel are amazing! First time here and they were super helpful. Rachel is very experienced with the fish section. She set us up for our first tank! Thank you for the wonderful advice. Elge was warm to greet us and help with the online order pickup. We will be back very soon for all of our pet needs! Top notch customer service.
