Front desk staff are genuinely awesome. However, I've never been seen within 30 minutes of my appt time. For phone call Appt, they call whenever during the day and expect you to take the call even when your Appt isn't scheduled for another 3 hours, or was 3 hours ago.
How is it possible to be 40 minutes+ late when I'm the fourth appointment of the day??
I’ve been coming to this clinic for around 3 or 4 years now. Everything about the clinic is okay, however if you book an appointment here, just be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for the doctor to see you. I’ve came here multiple times and never saw the doctor at my actual appointment time. Always 20 or more minutes after the appointment time. Update, it has been 1 hour since my appointment, and still haven’t seen the doctor.
Our family doctor at the clinic is Doctor Lukowattage. My family and I have found her and her clinic staff to be professional to the extreme. We feel very lucky to have a solid, and good family doctor!
