I had a great experience with the customer service today. The lady who helped me , Israt ,was nice, friendly, and very helpful. She made sure to explain all the available options clearly and was willing to assist me with everything I needed. Overall, her service was excellent.

Coleen did a great job helping me out with my Western Union app. They charge lower fees on the app than by doing it at the store and She was kind and patient as she guided me through the process.
