I started working for Mega Countertops in 2003. Seven years ago the original owners sold. The new owners started out strong but before long started laying off experienced employees. In my opinion, this was detramental to the company. This caused Mega's excellent reputation to suffer. Through it all, I remained commited but in the fall of 2020, the long hours were taking a toll. I was considering quiting.Then I received a phone call Mega had sold. l decided to stay on and see what the new owners would be like. Immediately under the new owner Tersia Maritz, I noticed a positive shift. She cares about the well being of her employees and their opinions. With her drive and commitment, I have no doubt she will lead this company, not only growing it but be very successful. I'm here for the long haul. Thank you Tersia Gerald Sanjenko
