I have been going to massage Addict for a long time and it has always been good. However, Today I received a phone call 45 minutes before my appointment saying it was cancelled with no alternatives. This is unacceptable- I understand that this is a busy time of year, but so little notice is not ok.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Sam. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality results truly stood out.
10/10 Visited Nadia B. before and she is always great. Very professional, but also very human in that she is willing to listen and converse. She's not just a pair of hands. She's also a pair of ears and a great big heart. Also, seeing as how I made the error of booking at the wrong location, I must give a heartfelt thanks to the admin who was able to process my info with minimal input from me. I was completely at fault for the time constraints I had to deal with and she stepped in a very big way to process virtually everything on my behalf.
