I reached out to several heating and plumbing companies to get some help with a multi-unit heat pump. Not only did Lillie and Family respond promptly, they were the only ones that did respond! Dave was great to deal with for the the inital consult. The work required two trips as additional issues were uncovered. The technician doing the work was very professional and easy to speak with. My cooling system is back on track! And I found the billing to be very fair. Thank you very much!!!
