K. C Cleaning was doing the carpets in my Building and I was offered a very good discount which I took them up on. The tech was pleasant and efficient. He got 25 years worth of ash out my carpet and it looks amazing. Highly recommend them.
This is the very first time I’m writing a review, and it has to go to KC! Our business was flooded, and KC responded immediately. They are very professional, have solid plans, and take swift action. The best part of their team is that they genuinely care about customers' needs and concerns. They helped us move heavy shelves around while still making room for us to work.
We are looking forward to reopening our business, and I am confident that KC will make it happen on time! Bravo to the amazing team at KC!
We recently had the pleasure of KC Carpet Cleaning and we couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Our carpets had been neglected for quite some time and we were worried they were beyond saving. KC did an absolutely fantastic job for a reasonable price.
After the initial cleaning there were a few stubborn spots/areas that needed more attention and they came back to do touch ups at no charge. I highly recommend KC and we will be calling them back next year for sure!!
