Susan and Taylor made a very difficult time for me much more manageable. As most people do not have much experience with all that is involved in a funeral, I was completely at a loss in regards to the whole process. Susan was very professional and was patient in guiding me through it all. And Taylor was a calming and reassuring presence on the day of the funeral.
