About Euro Otto Sport Inc
Euro Otto Sport Inc. is highly regarded for its excellent service, expertise, and fair pricing, especially for German vehicles like BMW, Audi, and Mercedes Benz. Customers appreciate the honest, upfront communication about necessary repairs and costs. The shop is known for its efficiency and vast knowledge, often referred by other auto repair shops. Many recommend Otto for his ability to provide simple, fair advice and high-quality service. The shop is busy, but customers say it is worth the wait, and Otto's kind, caring, and knowledgeable approach makes it a trusted choice. He is known as an honest auto mechanic who will do only what is needed for a reliably running car or help prepare vehicles for track days, avoiding unnecessary tests and expensive work that dealerships often recommend. Otto’s old-school approach and fair prices have made him a favorite among many clients.
Being referred to this team years ago was the best thing for my peace of mind. No one wants car trouble, but whenever a dash light comes on, I’m completely relaxed knowing I’m in good hands. They are extremely knowledgeable. I’ve brought my Volvo here and my parents' Mercedes, and the work is always reliable and fairly priced. Sarah at reception is such a calm, helpful presence, and the owner is truly the best. I have so much trust in him and his team. They were originally recommended to me by Otto, and seeing them expand and take over Euro Otto Sport is so special. Huge congrats, it is so well deserved.
My partner got her VW Beetle convertible serviced here. Trunk couldn't open and backup camera no longer working. They did a great job and had good communication. Wiring was replaced. Also they offer a LOANER vehicle... I think this is a great place that services Euro cars.
I had an excellent experience with Euro Otto Sport. From start to finish, they were professional, transparent, and honest about the work that needed to be done. Their pricing was fair, with no surprises, and they took the time to explain everything clearly.
A special thank you to Sarah, who provided absolutely outstanding customer service. She handled everything like a boss—coordinating with insurance companies, dealing with third parties, and keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Her communication, professionalism, and dedication made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free.
