Had my brakes done here at a fair price and was really happy with the service.
A day later, I noticed a small issue and gave them a call. Otto and the receptionist (I think her name is Jen or Jess) were great. They got me back in right away, checked it out, and made some adjustments. When the issue didn’t go away, they insisted on fixing it properly at no extra charge, no questions asked. Really solid, honest service. I’ll definitely be coming back for regular maintenance.
My family has been using Otto for a number of years and have yet to be disappointed. He's up front with the work that is needed and pricing is reasonable. I have recommended his shop to friends and they also became clients. Busy shop but worth the wait.
Incredibly knowledgeable and honest mechanic. Trusted him for 25+ years with my Volkswagens and Audi's. Also took my Mini Cooper to him recently, after getting an $8k!! quote for 5 separate repairs somewhere else. He ended up diagnosing that only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually needed (the other symptoms of leak being a byproduct of the true issue), and I was out his door for $1,200. Can't say enough good things about Otto and team.
