Clever Quarters did an amazing job on our sons and daughters closets. I was very impressed with the design Kasia came up with to better utilize the closet space. EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS We moved into this rancher with just the brand new carpets yanked out to make way for hardwood floors. This meant whatever storage was available - we had to make do. I am diagnosed with OCD and am needing to take Acarizax to desensitize myself from dust, dust mites and whatever else they bring. In short - clutter, dirt, dust and disorder drove me crazy. I was not ready to commit to custom storage and cabinetry because I wanted to see, feel and thus envision what necessary organizational spaces would be required given how we live, what we purchase and store and how efficient and inefficient existing cache we do have. Because of my allergies and aversion to a long-term full on reno - I scoured the web for a storage company that not only manufactured but delivered and installed - ALL in a day or two AND would provide assistance in regards to design and conceptualization. CLEVER QUARTERS - Let me count the ways: 1. SUMMER - the design consultant Summer H. is pleasant, listens attentively, helpful, detailed, precise, kind, friendly AND intelligent - SHE is made for this task. She came to the house - took measurements - asked questions that are all at once, thoughtful, considerate in that I am able to fully understand my requirements in regards to use, ease of organizing existing clutter and most of all budget. She found ways and means to give me the best bang for the buck. The house mostly only had cabinets - when I needed drawers - so she designed custom storage that had drawers in spades. I wanted soft closing, touch to open and streamlined aesthetics that will stand the test of time. To say that she is patient is an understatement - she made me feel good about the process every step of the way - and the countless Zoom meetings that ensued only bolstered my confidence. No detail was left to chance. Whatever questions and or clarifications I needed addressed - she took to heart - like she was doing it for a good friend or a family member - she even referred a fantastic contractor - Sheldon - to help me with retiling the bathroom floors, remove old existing unusable cabinetry and repaint walls. 2. DELIVERY and INSTALLATION - I thought delivery and installation was going to take forever after I signed the agreement with CC - it was only 2 weeks and DENNIS and BEHAD (I hope I spelled that right) installed in all 4 rooms in just two days. They were respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves, laid down cloth to step on as they moved from room to room and the finished product? WOW. REALLY REALLY gorgeous. These are what my dream storage/s are made of. 3. KAYLA - the office personnel who would call to schedule and arrange for payments - like SUMMER H., SHELDON, DENNIS and BEHAD is a rockstar. She is pleasant, friendly, polite, considerate and knowledgeable. I have attached BEFORE (1 photo per room - because it's embarrassing) photos of: 1. The main bedroom 2. The Ensuite 3. The Office/2nd Bedroom 4. Laundry Room AND the gorgeous, stunning AFTER VIDEOS and PHOTOS of what CLEVER QUARTERS cleverly executed. BEAUTIFUL. REALLY REALLY stunning (to me).
