I would like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Jamie at the Bosley location in Port Coquitlam.
During my visit, my husband accidentally dropped a container of salmon oil while our dog was very excited about the treats. I became extremely nervous, not only about the mess, but mainly about the safety of other pets who could potentially slip or get hurt.

This is a great place to buy pet supplies. The staff are super helpful and knowledgeable! If they don't carry what you're looking for, they will find out if it's available and can order it in for you. Their gorgeous African Gray parrot named Chili oversees everything and makes the visit worthwhile. She changes the visit from another 'To Do' experience into something rewarding.
My name is Ian, and I own Adventures Unleashed. I’m an off-leash k9 guide. Last Friday, it was very hot, and I had 10 dogs. One of my oldest clients rolled around on a dead rat. Upon inspection, I noticed a white chalky powder on this rat. I don’t know if it was rat poison, but I couldn’t risk it. I brushed off the powder and wrapped her in a towel, separating her from the others. I drove to Bosley’s and met Katie, a groomer there. Katie had helped me before in the past by mixing a shampoo solution for dogs in emergencies. I explained the situation to her and asked if she had any shampoo to spare.
