MY REVIEW IS SIMPLE HIRE THIS COMPANY...Period. Absolutely awesome service, a prior inspector for same home did not identify - asbestos issue, 2 foundation issues, roof issues, plumbing issues and a myriad more.I had 2nd inspection done by this company as was thinking of selling and wanted to know what I needed to fix. After I got it the report, I decided not to sell until I got these all fixed as I would have wasted my time and got a low low offer.The report & attitude & help was outstanding. Ray Toscani was very helpful when we bought our new home. He spent a great deal of time with us explaining (in plain language) the things he found that required repair as well as well as how to keep the house maintained. 1st Choice provided a great electronic report as well as a report on all the appliances, and a 90 Day Warranty at a very reasonable cost. We hired 1st Choice on the advise of a friend and are very glad we did.
