“Had to get some jewelry switched out that was causing me a lot of pain/discomfort from a very recent piercing from another shop in town... Lance went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable, got back to me even after hours late at night to help me out, and saved me a trip out of town to get this mess fixed up. I am super happy with my experience this time round at DTC and am thankful for the help and glad I am now both happy with my piercings and no longer in any pain or discomfort.
