Very professional, called us to say they were were going to be a few minutes late. We had our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned,great job and great price. I absolutely recommend Pac Rim Carpet & Duct Cleaning.

I called around looking for a company to clean the ducts and a small sectional sofa. These guys booked me in for next day which we totally didn't expect and gave a quote right over the phone. No upselling with these guys not like other companies we contacted trying to nickel and dime for every little thing the invoice ended up being slightly lower then the quote, can never complain with that. I was looking for an honest company and if you are aswell, then look no further. They showed me before and after pictures and wow what a difference we are so glad we didn't bypass this service before the cold season. We appreciate good service and using a local business is a bonus.Services: Upholstery cleaning

They are completely incompetent and have no mechanical background. they distorted my furnace, cut holes and patched with aluminum tape. missed vents, didn't even put the vents back in the floor. the owner said that's he does them all! save yourself the head ache and hire a professional. Negative 5 stars!
