I have been a customer and friend of Elise for over 5 years. She has done this highly distinguished profession for over 20 years. She is an artist not just an ordinary manicurist. She treats you like a person/friend not just a customer.
Her work lasts more than a few days, not like some other shops in town. Mine last up until about 6 to 8 weeks due to the dutiful care by Elise.I can't say too much about her. She is the greatest!

I went in for a fill. Cost me 94$ and they were not what I asked for at all, super chunky and bulky and the lady completely rushed it, did not take her time at all. When I called for her to fix the thickness the next day she was completely rude about it. I will never go back there complete rip off and the quality is horrible.

I had a lovely experience here! I was long overdue to get my hands and toes done so I tried this place out, I'm very happy with the result! The atmosphere was relaxing, the room was inviting and calm. The massage chairs were to die for, and the pedicure she gave me felt soo nice 👌🏼 I'm definitely coming back!

I've gone here for quite a while for pedicures and a few times for a set of nails. Never a fill for nails. I was shocked when I was told 75.00 FOR A FILL! I was told it was because my nails were longer?! They are not that long. Full set is the same price! So better to just go in for a full set and get a fill somewhere else. My nail color is nice the style is nice. But the details could have been better . Especially for that price. Under my nails were not cleaned up, a few nails were not symmetrical. Uneven application or something. I just paid because I did not want confrontation which I have seen many times before with others. I'm sure it is hard to run a buisness alone as husband and wife team. ( only 1 nail tech). However the price did not impress me nor did the fill. Full set was 100% satisfied with application, and price.

Owner is incredibly rude. I’ve tried to bring kindness and cheer here as I’ve had my nails done here several times in the past and noticed how unkind the female owner is. She is snarky and projects her bad attitude on all her clients, doesn’t do great work either. Today I went for an appointment to have a partial set removed, and she was so rough that she almost ripped my nails off and isn’t considerate of the heat when using drills. I asked her to please be gentle but she didn’t care. Left minutes into the appointment and then she yelled that I had to pay her. Won’t ever come back here.

They sell gift cards and do not honor them, saying they expired, but it is illegal for them to expire in Canada if you paid money for them! Do not support this business and their sub par work

I live closer to this salon so decided to give it a try. Less than a week and two of my nails are lifting already, I'm disappointed. I also waited more than 20 minutes after my appointment time to get started. I also felt forgotten about a couple times because they were so busy jumping from client to client. My thumb nails are also different lengths which I didn't realize notice until closer inspection after I left.
I give two stars because I appreciated them getting me in same day. But I would rather have waited and had a fill that will last up to 4 weeks like normal. Hopefully I can find some nail glue in my house to avoid an unnecessary additional cost so soon.
